  • Shelters are too heavy to ship by UPS, they will be shipped by truck. Please call for a freight quote. Truck deliveries require someone to sign and help with unloading. Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate fee may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.
  • 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for standard shelters (12x20x8 & 12x24x8 round and house style). All shelters must be returned in like new condition and in the original packaging materials or a 30% restocking fee will be charged. Delivery and return charges are not refundable.
  • All other sizes are custom orders and are final sale. They cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Freight costs on orders that are canceled or returned after shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Building permits and zoning issues are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please check ALL measurements including door openings. Please call if you have any questions about door clearances and we will be glad to help you. It is the customers' responsibility to make sure the shelter is the correct size.
